Does anyone have performance management framework/PRP processes in their orgs? Our Managers at Nexus are looking for guidance on how they should deal with PM/PRP issues, specifically when an individual is on long term sick, maternity leave, is acting up in a higher grade, or may have started a secondment at some point. Additionally do you use performance ratings i.e. ‘good’ and ‘performing’ If you do use ratings, what do you say an individual must demonstrate to achieve a particular rating?
