I was with a group of fellow trainers or should I say developers, the other day and we agreed that it is very difficult to know exactly what the key development and training issues are for organisations and individuals. So we thought, why not ask them? So what would you say are the main needs at the moment?
Let me say that this is not an attempt to sell you something just a genuine effort to find out what current needs and wants are. I won’t contact you immediately with any form of marketing pitch, honestly, at least not unless you want me to.
