We have a discretionary Share Option Scheme (we are not a listed company)and the allocations in respect of the actual number of options to be given have been arbiterarily decided. Has anyone got an applied formula that has a monetary value when deciding how many options individuals should receive. I am sure there must be a formula for an unlisted company and would be grateful for any assistance. Many thanks for your help.
