Our organisation recently had a presentation from a benefits provider who discussed the idea of our staff team being able to buy and sell up to 5 days of their annual leave at the beginning of the financial year. Although we did not opt to go with this provider we liked the idea of this and would like to impliment this. have any of you had experience with this? what are the pitfalls of this for you? was it complicated to set up as i am aware of some tax implications around selling annual leave.
