Alongside my HR role I am also the Office Manager. This is a new role to the company and myself. I am writing my own job description and have ideas of what could/should be included. I have been unable to obtain a job description for this role so far, it seems that the OM is a very flexible role indeed!
If anyone out there has such description I would appreciate receiving it.
