We are a company with many overseas offices, some of them in countries where the health system is pretty basic. Many of these offices are run by expatriates and we would like to replace local health and travel insurances with an international policy which will cover all employees wherever they are located and provide them with the choice to return “home” for medical treatment.

I would appreciate feedback from anyone who uses such an international policy, particularly on the performance of their insurers with respect to administration and claims.
