Our company has employed an agency worker. He was on the job for only a week when he made a claim that he had a fall, he then preceded to put in a sick note to us for a week. We do not want this man to work on our job any more as his claim was so obviously false (witnesses have said that he never fell), but we wondered whether we can tell the agency that we no longer want him working on the job.
Can someone please advise?
