I am looking to carry out a salary benchmarking exercise on our management population. As we are a small company (turnover under £50m)I am looking for a survey which is not as complex as Watson Wyatt, but still gives good comparators. I have also reviewed Monks. Does anyone have any experience of surveys which deliver what I’m describing?
