An employee of mine is refusing to adhere to the new-ish JD for their role, claiming that “if an employee has been carrying out certain duties for more than 3 months they become naturally theirs..”.
There is a JD in place and there has always been a JD in place. Is it possible that “custom” can over-ride an agreed JD?
