We have recently discovered that the only male member in our team of four is being paid £2000 more annually than the rest of us. He was the 3rd member to join the team and we all do exactly the same job without question.
I’m sure there have been similar questions to this posed before on HR Zone but I am unable to locate them. Can this be classed as discrimination? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
