I have been asked to present a pestle analysis to my exec committee, however I do not feel particulalrly well qualified to look at the environmental, political and technical issues effecting the organisation. Should I request help from other line managers or should i simply compile the report having spoken direct to people on the floor? Is there any guidance on how to do this effectively?
