This is a question for a piece of coursework that I have to do.
a designer has been working for a glass company for just under one year. She becomes pregnant and informs her employer.
Six months into the pregnancy she approaches her employer about coming back part time after the baby is born but the company informs her that they would be unable to take her back at all after the baby is born.
She then discovers that she has no written contract.
I need to know if she has any sort of claim against the company and if so, under what grounds and what would be the details.
