I am wondering if I should study the CIPD and whether to take the Certificate in Personnel Practice or rather the Certificate in Employment Law and Practice?

I currently work for a firm of accountants and my job includes HR, as well as H&S, facilities, first aid, etc, etc.

If anyone has studied it, I would be interested to know how they did it, how long it took and whether they think it has benefitted them or not.

I would also be interested to hear of any other qualifications which may be worth looking into.
