Can anyone help!

I am trying to implement a scheme where staff receive an allowance to spend on guests within the hotel. For example – if a guest has forgotten a partners birthday, the member of staff will be able to buy a card for the guest – or send them a bottle of champagne etc. I am looking for either ideas or a company to come in and help to set this up.

We are hoping that such a scheme will help to empower staff with guest complaints etc, instead of running to their line manager. Do you think it will work?
