My organisation is in the care sector and we want to introduce a formal mentoring scheme and trainee management scheme. Could anyone offer any advice or examples from within their own organisation please?
I would be interesting in viewing or receiving advice on mentoring or trainee management schemes/policies particularly within the care sector. All information will be treated in confidence.
