I am looking into the viability of offering childcare vouchers as a benefit to working parents within our organisation.
As quite a small company, the most likely option would be that employees would sacrifice some of their salary to be exchanged for childcare vouchers.
If anyone has introduced or has experience of a similar system, I would be keen to hear the benefits and costs that you experienced and also the practicalities of the provision.
