I am currently looking to review the way we monitor and handle absence to ensure that we are using the best approach possible. We currently use the Bradford Formula alongside monthly review meetings with department managers but dispite this seem unable to prevent frequent short-term absences.

I would appreciate any suggestions from others about what they have found effective.
