I am looking to introduce a policy regarding company sponsorship of colleagues to gain professional qualifications and would appreciate any guidance. Does anyone have such a policy, and if so, what does this cover; e.g. do you have a sliding scale regarding the reclaiming of fees if ths colleague leaves within 12 months of qualification?
