Whilst the above act does not come into force until 2005, is there anyone
out there that has made a start on developing policies/process/strategies
to enable HR to meet the legislative requirements? Would you like to share?
Could we get together a forum for the various sectors- Health, local
authorities, schools & colleges ect. I am personally interested in the
Health sector.
