We currently offer our full time staff 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. What is the formula for pro-rating this for part time staff. To work out ordinary leave is simple 3 days = 3/5 of 25 i.e. 15 days but what about the Bank Holidays that the person would miss out on by virtue of them working say Wed, Thurs & Friday?
