I am set the task of implementing a managing conflict programme. This needs to be possibly specialist as it will be based around a academic environment and the trainees will be academic and support staff. That could deal with conflict from students as well as people external to the college.

Budget is tight, but I want to have an informative and inspirational look at this subject. I am happy to develop a session myself, but my knowledge is limited, and so would welcome any ideas as to where I could start.
