can anybody recommend a suitable assessment mechanism for potential employees? One specific difference in our case is that English will be a second language for applicants. As such if it is available in other languages that would be a bonus.
I would appreciate the views of those who have bought ‘off the shelf’ systems as well as those who have developed their own.
For additional information the range of jobs potentially being applied for would be very broad, ranging from purely manual/repetitive up to management level.
