HELP! Has anybody out there got a questionnaire I could use as a guideline to be used to collate data on evaluating/auditing HR Function within company. Thinking of sending questionnaire to a group of HR Depts in companies which are in same industry or of same size. Also questionnaire to line managers to get there opinions. I believe someone else recently said they were doing similar.
