Plan to take on part-time Payroll Adminsitrator. Intended for her to be freelance but she wants to be on the payroll system. With company benefits is there a set number of hours before entitlement? What about company bonus scheme, sickness, holidays, pension and anything else full time staff are entitled to. I believe there is a benchmark for 30hrs per week. Can anyone advise?
