With the massive trend towards the balance of work and
family life does anyone have an answer or thoughts on how
or if home workers, short/temp contracters and self employed
personnel are a viable option ?
If so how do we go about recruiting such personnel, what are the advantages, dis-advantages, does anyone work as one of the above categories, or engage such types of personnel ? your comments would be appreciated via the
