If an employer takes on an employee knowing they dont have specific experiance, can he pay her off saying she doesn’t have the necessary experiance. Did not inform employee they were on a three month trial period but paid them off after that period for the above reason. Also if your employer sends you home because you look ill are you not entitled to be paid for those hours. The offer of training was given and was due to start the day after being paid off.
