We have a system in place to measure the time, cost and quality of the delivery of payroll, absence management, recruitment and pensions administration.
I want to find some benchmark measures to compare our performance with others. I appreciate all organisations work differently so like for like comparisons are impossible, at this stage I’m after ” ball park ” data.
