We work in a very stressful environment we have found therefore that some new starters are not suited to this and leave within a short period. Does anyone know of some sort of stress or pressure testing to ensure our candidates are suitable ? Also I do not wish to cause undue stress or health issues to a candidate who is not suited to this type of environment.
