Reducing Bupa cover

Hi there,

Looking for any advice please!

For cost reasons we may need to exclude psychiatric cover under our employees Bupa membership.  However would we potentially be discriminating if we had an employee who were claiming psychiatric treatment, who would then no longer be able to claim that post renewal?
