I’m studying for the CPP and currently doing Assignment 1 (Human Resource Plans and Organisational Context). The section I’m finding difficult is "Analyse, for at least one area of personnel activity, how effectively the activity is conducted".
I’m having a problem with it because I work for a HR/Business Development Consultant and there are only 3 of us so we don’t have any HR issues between us. We are ‘outsourced’ by SME’s who don’t have their own HR departments and we do everything for them – documents, employment law updates, coaching on everything you can think of relating to managing staff etc. The same applies for my work based project.
Has anyone got any ideas?
