My company has quite a strong commitment going forward to recruiting a number of apprenticeships in order to tackle succesion planning due to an aging workforce. Primarilly we are looking for electrical/mechanical/project engineering. It is commendable that the company is looking to the future, but I am struggling to find the best places to source potential school leavers (well anyone over 16 to be honest). The Job Centre and Connexions are two obvious places to advertise, but I wonder where else or what other organisations may have a source of potential interested candidates?
