Hi,

I manage the absence and holidays for 70 full and part time staff over 12 different departments, working at all times 8am – midnight during a 7 day week.

I currently have a spreadsheet and forms system which works to certain degree but always requires quiet a bit of chasing up and there are the inevitable blanks when it comes to sick days. I can only log and chase those that I hear of.

Can you recommend an inexpensive piece of software that can improve the flow of absence information and cut down man hours?

I have seen some very whizzy systems advertised online but they are beyond the budget of our charity.
