I seem to remember reading some time ago about how to estimate the costs of people meeting together in a room (rather than tele-conference, email etc). It was something like multiplying the number of hours which the meeting lasted by ?what. I’m not including travel expenses here as they are analysed separately. Does anyone have any advice?
