Due to a restructuring in the organisation, 3 departments are being merged, and the biggest implication is on the admin staff for the 3 departments.  Most of them will have to reaply for their posts, there will be some redundancies and relocations.  However, we have a few agency staff who have been on the same jobs for over a year, and they have a view that they should be part of the consultation, as they think they have a right to the posts.

How long must agency staff should have worked on a post for, before they have employment rights to the post?
