Hi there,
I have been receiving a lot of questions about the royal wedding and the Directors are in disagreement about what to do. I’ve had a look at our contract and they say:
The entitlement shall be for 4 working weeks in a leave year excluding pay for bank or public holidays.
I beleive this to be wrong as the entitlement should be 5.6 weeks including bank and public holidays.
Do we have to allow time off with pay?
