One of our employees became a father on 22 Dec 2011. He has requested and taken his 2 weeks of paternity leave, starting on the day the baby was born and ending on 5 Jan.
However, during these 2 weeks there were 3 bank holidays. Or these lost or can we allow him to take these this year?
