I am currently studying for a diploma in HR, accredited by CIPD.  

As part of the qualification students are required to undertake primary research as part of our management research report project. My chosen subject is Human Resource Planning (HRP) and whether or not this practice adds value to the organisation. 

I would be grateful if you could spare approximately 5-10 minutes of your time to complete an online survey that I have devised.
