Hi Everyone,
We are reviewing our current HR System and supplier and I would really appreciate it if you could let me know if you have any reccomendations you would make based on your experience (or words of warning about a system/supplier that you could let me have – possibly off line!).
We have 450 staff and would like a system that allows self service and isn’t too complicated to set up and use (I might be being a bit optimistic there based on my own prior experience!!).
I know that this isn’t the most exciting question to answer but if you could share anything that you think might be useful I would be more than happy to return the favour if you need any information in the future.
