Salary Negotiation

Sir,

I am about to give Telephonic Interview in which my CTC package will be finalised.
How should my approach be so that the Salary I want I should get.Please guide me so that the X-amount which I bare minimum need / expect I must get.
 
Should I talk specific or can I bargain.Please do guide me.
