I recently left a job where I was a Temp after making a complaint to HR about the manager.
Several weeks later, they have been in touch to ask me 'what did you hope to achieve when you made the complaint?'
What are the possible reasons for them asking this?
What are my options of how to respond, and the possible outcomes of these?
