Benefits have always played an important part of the reward mix. But as pay restraint squeezes employee income, they play an ever more important role in the financial and physical well-being of your employees.
This week we are launching a new series of webinars for decision makers in HR, benefits and reward.
Our plan is to make it easier to understand the issues which will have an impact on employee performance and how benefits can be used to support them.
Of course, we recognise the calendar is packed full of events – like the upcoming Employee Benefits live show in London on September 25 – where you can find out about these issues. But we also understand that not everyone has the opportunity to get away from the office to spend a day intelligence-gathering for the year ahead.
That’s why, from September 17, we are bringing to you through your pc a webinar series which gives you direct access to a collection of experts on the issues which we think will matter most to your organisations in the year ahead . The sessions will feature practical guidance in how to tackle these big issues and allow you the opportunity to ask questions relevant to your own organisation.
The line-up for the first five sessions consists of:
– Changes to Childcare – how HR can support employees through the transition to a new childcare voucher system in 2015.
– Managing transition back to the workplace – ensuring HR managers support staff after an absence – something which is particularly relevant to the current discussion around female talent in business.
– Driving performance through wellbeing – how a proactive approach can improve performance of your people and contribute to the bottom line.
– Employee finances – how HR can support the financial wellbeing of employees.
– New responsibilities for organisations – an overview of how new HR legislation has an impact on your business.
You can find out more or sign up through our website below – I hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you there.
