Between February and April 2023, HRZone, as part of the Culture Pioneers programme, commissioned research on how ‘critical’ workplace culture is to business and HR leaders.
The research also looked at the frequency of senior professionals taking active roles in shaping workplace culture and the perceived benefits of culture-change efforts.
The findings shed light on how working culture change is perceived, it’s capacity to solve interconnected business problems, and its potential to deliver more if given the appropriate resources.
