We have a (newish) employee who has just made a (dubious) claim that he “slipped” on some water on a step and insists it’s all our fault.
He showed us (the day after) the extent of the injury to his knee.
He plays football at weekends!
On checking with our employee validation company, datavs.com , we see that he has done this (twice) before!
What can we do?
