We have an Associate in our Company that has a terrible sick record. So far this year he has had 13 days off sick with various ailments which include tummy upset, bad cold, back problem and skin complaint. I would like to know how to tackle this problem. Can we introduce a new return to work policy? As I feel this is now having an effect with other colleagues, especially as he is an Associate. Your help in this matter would help
