We allow employees to use vacation or personal days to supplement their disability payments during the disability period (not sick time).  However, should we also allow them to accrue vacation and sick time because in essence they are "on the payroll" by getting this vacation or personal days.  We do not currently allow them to accrue since, being on disability, they would not be able to work anyway.  After disability runs out, if they choose to use vacation days to extend their time off we DO allow them to accrue those vacation and sick days.  Opinions?
