I wondered if someone could help in relation to a friend of mine who I believe has been constructively dismissed from her position?

She worked for a small government and trustee funded organisation for 14 months as an administrator, working part time.

Her boss, the CEO of the project, hired her best friend to fill an admin role working with my friend, despite there not being enough work for two people. The position was not advertised externally, the CEO’s friend was simply given the job.

My friend has in effect been forced out of her job through bullying etc, but obviously this is difficult to prove. But I’m wondering can she at least report them for breaking the law regarding the recruitment of this other person?
