Age

Hi,

In the past we have only employed assembly line operators who are 18 or over ‘for insurance purposes’. Is this discriminatory to workers under 18?

Also, I was wondering what other companies are doing to advise their management and workforce of the Age Discrimination changes which come into effect in October?
