The use of agency workers has for some time been used in various guises throughout industries. I personally have had both good and bad dealings. Some supply employees with the opinion of “bums on seats” and others quite genuinely offer good supply. How do we seriously know we are getting the correct employee, (I am refering to operator level). What measures have you used to ensure that we get the square peg in the square hole?. In this day and age of our multi cultural and multi race society it is sometimes unfair on the individual supplied when they cannot communicate through written or oral, when we expect employees to achieve a standard of development after x amount of weeks of probationary period
