I am looking at developing and implementing a company policy regarding alcohol misuse in workplace. Aimed at health and safety/disciplinary aspects involving testing of employees. Does anyone have a policy in existence that could be shared or any pointers they could offer i.e. problems they encountered when undertaking a similar task.
