We are considering operating Annual Hours work practice at a potential new site. Has anyone experience of this? The main queries are if employees are off sick, as they will have been paid the same monthly wage regardless of the hours they work, are they expected to make up the time they were off sick? I am talking about short term illnesses. We would not expect anyone to make up time lost due to a Works Accident.
